James Daniels Band Perkiomenville, PA

Bio: James Daniels is a singer-songwriter from the small town of Perkiomenville, PA. Steeped in the great traditions of Americana & folk music, a live James Daniels Band experience allows the enigmatic frontman to lead band & crowd in unison for a shared experience of song, laughter, and soul. Backed by a rotation of regional talent and musicians he's performed with for more than a decade, Daniels' brings a depth of range to the stage; from raucous & rousing blues based romps to insightful, contemplative man-with-a-guitar versions of his original material. It's no wonder the independent musician grew up at the legendary Philadelphia Folk Festival, soaking up the eclectic sights and sounds of the folk & blues music swirling around him. Equal parts John Prine, Tom Petty, Joe Cocker, and Jim James, Mr. Daniels' is a proud keeper of the folk flame. A true troubadour, his days are spent traveling around the country performing with his fulltime band Chestnut Grove, romping around solo, or rounding out the James Daniels Band with lifelong friends & cohorts. On this tour he is backed by Mateo Vosganian of NY's Wild Adriatic and Zachary Winkler & John Tyler of Philly rockers Chestnut Grove.
