Anne was diagnosed in October with a rare neurodegenerative disease called Multiple Systems Atrophy, sometimes referred to as advanced Parkinson's.

There is currently no cure and it is a progressive disease that effects involuntary functions (her autonomic systems) and impairs movement and coordination.

Family and friends are processing the news and learning what her needs will be so they can prepare to adapt. She’ll be moving out to California in December to be closer to facilities that specialize in movement disorders and closer to her daughter.

If you've ever met Anne, Nick or any of the Avellaneda family, you know just how important family is. That goes for the North Funktree and Jiggawaltz family as well.

We're now asking all of you to join us for this special night of music - to come together as a family - to show Anne that love and to help raise funds for her future medical and living costs.
